Registration Desk
The registration desk at Wichita Ice Center will be open throughout the week. Competitors should check in at the registration desk to receive their credentials and other important information.

Official Bulletin Board
The official bulletin board will be maintained by the hosting skating clubs at the Wichita Ice Center next to the Registration Desk. Postings on the Official Bulletin Board will constitute official notice to all competitors and coaches of schedule changes and other competition information. It is the skater's responsibility to check the bulletin board for event or schedule changes. No event will begin prior to the posted start time; however skaters should be at the rink and checked in 45 minutes prior to their event.

Tickets
Advance event pass will be available online at www.mids2010.org. Deadline for advance purchase is Oct.31, 2009. Tickets may be purchased at the arena for a slightly higher charge. All seating is general admission. Free admission to children ages 4 and under. Tickets will be held at registration and will given to the skater upon registration. Costs for the tickets are: All-Event Pass (5 years and up) - $40. One Day Pass (5 years and up) - $15.

Medical Services
Medical personnel will be on-site during the competition and will assist with immediate medical needs. Coverage will be provided by Via Christi Health Systems St. Francis campus – Emergency Department. If necessary, 911 will be called. The nearest hospital, Via Christi – St. Francis campus, is approximately two miles from the arena.

Skate Services and Locker Rooms
Available at Wichita Ice Center.

Competition Party
The Competitors' Party will be the place to be to unwind after a great competition.  Tickets to the competitors' party are available for $12 pre purchase and $15 at the door each.  Chaperones are $10 each.  The party will be held in the Ballroom at the Broadview Hotel on Saturday evening, November 21, 2009, from 9pm until Midnight.  Food, refreshments, music, and entertainment will be provided.

Video and Photography
Competition performance videotaping will be provided by and available for purchase from the official event videographer assigned by U.S. Figure Skating, Local Motion Productions. Videotaping of the competition in any form is not permitted. Photographs are permitted for personal use only. No flash photography is allowed and resale of photos is strictly prohibited
